Autumn at 10 months

Oh where to start.....Autumn is defiantly coming into her own these days. It's so much fun watching her become her. She has 1 bottom tooth that came in around 8-9months, and she is now working on a second one. She started to crawl shortly after 4th of July and is getting into everything now lol. She'll hold onto the wall, couch, and anything stable really to walk. She's starting to let go and try to take steps, but falls pretty soon after letting go of something. I'm hoping that she'll hold off on actually walking just a few more weeks. We have made the dinning room into a play area for her and she is so happy just playing away by herself. We have started to feed her actual people food. She LOVES lunch meat, chicken (a girl after her mom's own heart), and french fries! If Matt or I even go to take a bite of food and she doesn't have anything in front of her, she'll want to have a bite. I recently watched a 2 month old for a week, my friend was going back to work from having him and needed some help. Autumn did pretty well around him, she wasn't too touchy - feely. Really the only interest she showed in him was trying to take his paci lol. I'm guessing she was thinking "Well you can't play with me so I'll just leave you be". Watching him gave Matt and I a glimpse into what life will be like when Hunter comes. DOUBLE THE DIAPERS!!!!!!

Hunter 27 weeks update

I had an ultrasound today to check the size of Hunter. I was 27 weeks on 9/15 and he was measuring 29 weeks 4 days (2 and a half weeks ahead). Hunter is 2 lbs and 13 oz which is in the 83rd percentile. He's going to be a big boy but hopefully not too big for me lol. The ultrasound was a lot of fun today, Hunter was sleeping and we got to see him yawn and stick out his tongue. We saw one of his ears and his eyes open and close (it felt like he was already here lol). We did find out the my cervix went from 2.4mm two weeks ago to 1.7mm. I am on complete bed rest and was given a shot to help his lungs, I'll need to go back to the hospital tomorrow to get the second dose.
Matt and I are freaking out a little since I'm going on bed rest 4 weeks earlier than I did with Autumn. I'm also torn between taking care of Hunter and taking care of Autumn. It is going to be hard for me not to be so hands on with her, she is mama's girl! All we can do is take it one day at a time. I'm hoping to talk to my OB on Monday. I was the last u/s of the day and she was already gone. The u/s tech talked to her over the phone to see what our course of action would be. I'll keep everyone updated on what is going on with us.

25 Weeks - only 15 more :)

I had an ultrasound and appointment today. I weighed 6 pounds more since last month!!! I've been eating a lot of snickers and chips :) . My cervix has shorten from 2.9 (2 weeks ago) to 2.4, so I've been told to take it easy and rest (but not bed rest yet). I have an u/s in 2 weeks to see how much our lil guy has grown. Then I have another cervical u/s and appointment in 4 weeks. If the ultrasounds show my cervix has shorten more then we'll go ahead and do shots to help the lungs mature (just in case he wants to come early) and most likely be put on bed rest. Over all the doctor is happy so far with how the pregnancy is going. The doctor's goal is to make it to 34 weeks, which is the first of November, but my goal is to make it past Autumn's 1st birthday.
